
Dr. Parish Vaidya

Dr. Parish Vaidya is the founder and medical director of CHARM Center for Healthy Aging and Regenerative Medicine. He brings over 10 years of experience into forming a new kind of medical practice where the well-being of the patient truly comes first. Combining the latest advances in functional, nutritional, and regenerative medicine with a personalized touch of service (and of course, a bit of laughter – the best medicine!), he has created a warm and welcoming yet cutting-edge medical environment… a place where both “health” and “care” really are still emphasized.
Dr. Vaidya is Board Certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) and in Pain Medicine. He received his medical degree from Temple University School of Medicine in Philadelphia, PA.He completed his residency in PM&R at University of Texas – Houston Medical School and fellowship training in Pain Medicine at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, TX, where he also served as a clinical instructor. He also completed a fellowship in Integrative Medicine under the direction of Dr. Andrew Weil at the prestigious University of Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine in Tucson, AZ.
He has served as Coordinator for Interventional Pain Management and Physical Medicine as well as supervising physician of Electrodiagnostic Medicine. His current practice specializes in healthy aging, regenerative medicine, and non-narcotic integrative pain solutions, with a particular interest in sports and musculoskeletal injuries, nutritional interventions, and bioidentical hormone therapy.
Dr. Vaidya’s professional memberships include the American Academy of Pain Medicine, Association for the Advancement of Restorative Medicine, and Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and the American Academy of Anti-Aging, Regenerative, and Functional Medicine. He has served as a Qualified Medical Examiner (QME) in the state of California, and is licensed to practice medicine in California and Texas.
